Most of our products are handmade, vintage or distressed and hence slight imperfections are a part of the design and add to the character. Please satisfy yourself before purchasing any product about its finish and quality. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, then we are open to extending full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

Return will be accepted only if you have received a damaged product or if there is any manufacturing defect.  Kindly provide a video proof for the package opening for claiming the same. You can return your order within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. 

For cancellations, before dispatch of orders, that is within 2 days of placing the order please reach out to us at info@theinarahome.com. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

GENERAL

• To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email at info@theinarahome.com with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered, defective or damaged item.
• Our customer care team will look into the issue and get back to you within 48 working hours.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

• To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@theinarahome.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your name, order details, item(s) to be returned, and reason for return. Upon receipt of your request, we will review your order and provide further instructions for return processing.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. Please note that returned products will incur shipping charges as per the delivery partner's terms.

No refunds will be issued if:

• The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. There are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency. The recipient refuses the package.
• Online purchases cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are usually delivered within 8-15 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

Since, our products are handcrafted, they are bound to have slight color variations, but these are not to be considered as imperfections. We really hope you love your purchase, but the nature of products is such that we cannot do a refund. Since we have a stringent no refund policy, we allow you to get a store credit that is valid for one year and for single usage. Store credits are initiated after deducting the shipping and reverse pick up charges of 195/-.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Shipping and handling is free. For express shipping, charges are applied as per rates provided by the shipping partner. For overseas shipping, please mail to info@theinarahome.com.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
All orders are processed from Delhi NCR. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. Once your product is shipped we will share you the tracking details, you can track your product delivery through our delivery partner website.

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

MODES OF PAYMENT
We accept all major debit & credit and also provide Net Banking options across major banks & UPI.
